About Me, My World
Coming from a 20-year martial arts background where I had to compete and perform in front of thousands of people, the call of a career in entertainment roared loud. I explored the entertainment realm at Eastern Connecticut State University by obtaining a bachelor's degree in theatre, simultaneously earning a business degree. Here was my first exposure to learning the artistry, impact, and beauty of being a writer and creator.
After a few post-undergraduate years, and three short one-act plays produced at ECSU, I made the cross from Connecticut to Los Angeles, California to pursue my goals. To educate myself and catch up with many others, I studied at Pepperdine University acquiring an MFA in Film. During my years in LA and as a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I dedicated my time to writing scripts, producing an arts education podcast, stunt coordinating, and creating live-action short films with diverse characters and stories.
